Zapisy studentów na obieralne przedmioty obcojęzyczne UBPO, semestr letni, rok akademicki 2023/2024

  • Wybór przedmiotów będzie odbywać się w systemie USOSweb za pośrednictwem rejestracji żetonowej. Przedmiot można wybrać logując się do systemu USOSweb na stronie: https://web.usos.agh.edu.pl ;
  • Uwaga: studenci logujący się po raz pierwszy w systemie USOSweb muszą posiadać konto w domenie student.agh.edu.pl. Instrukcja logowania dostępna jest na stronie: https://panel.agh.edu.pl/newuser/newuser.php 
  • Zapisy prowadzone będą według następującego harmonogramu: 
    • 16.02.2024, godz. 10:00 - 19.02.2024, godz. 06:00  – runda wstępna z możliwością zapisu  na przedmioty prowadzone przez Wydział macierzysty studenta;
    • 19.02.2024, godz. 10:00 - 08.03.2024, godz. 06:00 – runda główna. Studenci mogą zapisać się na wszystkie przedmioty Bloku obcojęzycznego UBPO w danym obszarze tematycznym.

  • Studenci wybierają przedmioty zgodnie z niżej podaną specyfikacją, w zależności od Wydziału i kierunku (specjalności) na której studiują;
  • Nie ma obowiązku wykorzystania wszystkich przyznanych żetonów.

Regular students

Token registration for AGH UST International Courses in the spring semester 2023/2024

Registration for the courses is via token registration in the USOSweb system, at the following website https://web.usos.agh.edu.pl ;
Note: If you are logging in to the USOSweb system for the first time, remember that an email account under the student.agh.edu.pl is required. The instruction on how to log in to the USOS system is available at: https://panel.agh.edu.pl/newuser/newuser.php  


Registration takes place according to the following schedule:

  • 16.02.2024 (10:00 CET) – 19.02.2024 (06:00 CET) – the preliminary round. Registration for dedicated courses offered by the faculty that a student is assigned to;
  • 19.02.2024 (10:00 CET) – 08.03.2024 (06:00 CET) – the main round. Registration for all available courses  within a given subject area, there are no dedicated groups;

  • Students select courses according to the below information, depending on their faculty and field of study (major);
  • Students are not obliged to use all granted tokens.

 

Faculty of Civil Engineering and Resource Management:

  • Civil Engineering, second-cycle degree programme, Year 2, Semester 3: students select an engineering course for 3 ECTS. Granted tokens: 4 
  • Mining Engineering, second-cycle degree programme, Year 2, Semester 3: students select an engineering course for 3 ECTS. Granted tokens: 4 
  • Environmental Engineering, second-cycle degree programme, Year 2, Semester 3: students select an engineering course for 3 ECTS. Granted tokens: 4

Exchange students

Token registration for AGH University International Courses in the spring semester 2023/2024

  • Registration for the courses is conducted via the USOSweb system, through a token registration, at the following website https://web.usos.agh.edu.pl ;
  • Note: If you are logging in to the USOSweb system for the first time, remember that an email account under the student.agh.edu.pl is required. The instruction on how to log in to the USOS system is available at: https://panel.agh.edu.pl/newuser/newuser.php  
  • The registration opens on February 06th (10.00 CET) and will have 4 rounds.
    • 1st round takes place between 06.02.2024 (10.00 CET) and 08.02.2024 (06.00 CET). In this registration you will have access only to courses from the AGH University faculty that you are assigned to.*
    • 2nd round takes place between 09.02.2024 (10.00 CET) and 15.02.2024 (06.00 CET). In this registration you will have access to all courses, regardless of faculty.
    • 3rd round takes place between 16.02.2024 (10.00 CET) and 19.02.2024 (06.00 CET). In this registration you will have access to all courses, regardless of faculty. Some AGH University students join the registration.
    • 4th round takes place between 19.02.2024 (10.00 CET) and 08.03.2024 (06.00 CET). In this registration all courses are open to both Exchange and AGH University students.

⚠️Important
In case your country operates in other time zone than Poland, switch the time zone to Central European Time in your computer system settings.


* During the 1st round the priority is given to students assigned to a particular faculty at AGH University, for example, if you are assigned to the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Resource Management, in the 1st round mostly you will see courses offered by this faculty. If you don't know what is the faculty that you are assigned to, please have a look on your Letter of Acceptance. 


This round lasts only 2 days. If there are no courses available to you in the 1st round, just wait for the 2nd round. 


Please, keep in mind that classes have limits. This means that if a course is full, you won't be able to sign up for it until someone resigns. So please, for your own good, don't wait and start your registration on time.


Remember to register for all course components separately. This means that if a class has lectures and labs, you need to register for both items separately.


Please, also keep in mind that courses start on 26th February.

Foreign students – regular studies

Registration takes place according to the following schedule:

► 2nd round takes place between 09.02.2024 (10.00 CET) and 15.02.2024 (06.00 CET). In this registration you will have access to all courses, regardless of faculty.
► 3rd round takes place between 16.02.2024 (10.00 CET) and 19.02.2024 (06.00 CET). In this registration you will have access to all courses, regardless of faculty. Some AGH University students join the registration.
► 4th round takes place between 19.02.2024 (10.00 CET) and 08.03.2024 (06.00 CET). In this registration all courses are open to both Exchange and AGH University students.
